With all the social networks out there, anyone can deliver news; actors, directors, producers. And it seems X-Men: Days of Future Past director Bryan Singer couldn’t resist tweeting some casting news.
Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore as well as Anna Paquin are all returning for the X-Men: Days of Future Past. Here is Singer’s tweet:

Now we know that the new X-Men film will involve time travel, with older versions of the characters traveling back in time to warn their younger selves about a potential alternate universe. Ellen Page’s character was Kitty Pryde, while Paquin and Ashmore, played Rogue and Iceman in all three of the original films.
X-Men: Days of Future Past is currently set for release on July 18, 2014, including in the cast are Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult.
