Abigail Breslin debuted in M. Night Shyamalan’s alien thriller, Signs. Since then, her career boomed, starring in Little Miss Sunshine, where she became one of the youngest actresses to earn herself an Oscar nomination. And recently we saw her as Little Rock in Reuben Fleischer’s Zombieland.
Now according to Variety, the 15-year-old actress will be accessing her dark side for Class Project.
Breslin is set to play one of the two sisters who grow weary of their mother’s drinking problem and abusive boyfriends, and begin hatching a plan to kill her.
Nothing much is said about the movie or the casting but production is set to kick off at the end of the month, so we should start hearing more soon.
In the meantime we can will be seeing Breslin in Garry Marshall’s New Year’s Eve as well as star alongside Maggie Gyllenhaal in the vampire movie Innocence.
