Just seconds ago, I posted the very first image featuring Henry Cavill in his Superman suit for Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel.
Now Cavill talks about his official diet, his training regime, and how it feels to wear the the famous suit of Superman.
“It’s extremely cool. There’s no other feeling like it,” Cavill tells Total Film. “They just put it on, I turned around and look in the mirror and you can’t really play it cool – you sort of guffaw and laugh. I thought “OK, holy hell, this is real, it’s not a joke anymore. This is it. … You’re doing it, you’re right in the middle of it.'”
Cavill didn’t talk about the plot apart from confirming he will be true to the character. As for his training he’s working out more than two hours a day and eating about 5,000 calories a day to bulk up for his Superman role.
Total Film also asked him if he would like to play James Bond if and when Daniel Craig leaves the franchise, where Cavill said he’d “leap at the opportunity to do it.”
