Snow White And The Huntsman Will Be The First In A Trilogy

Snow White

Joe Roth has informed EW that Snow White and the Huntsman is the first film in a proposed trilogy that will see the three principal characters – played by Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, and Charlize Theron – return multiple times.

Roth also said, “This story will end, but there will be questions remaining for these three characters.”

In the story, Snow White has escaped after 11 years in captivity and the evil queen hires the Huntsman to find the missing girl and cut out her heart. The Huntsman can’t and instead teaches her to survive in the woods and evade the Queen’s armies.

Roth said about the character “He’s not a nice guy, but not only that he’s someone who has lost hope and lost faith. He has lost his wife, given up on everything.”

Stewart is not new to this and she probably knew it before accepting as she made more success with Twilight than with any other stand alone movie.

Directed by Rupert Sanders, the film also stars Sam Claflin, Ian McShane, Bob Hoskins, Eddie Izzard, Ray Winstone, Toby Jones, Stephen Graham, Eddie Marsan, Lily Cole, and Sam Spruell.

Snow White and the Huntsman is scheduled to being shooting in August.

Directed by Rupert Sanders, the film also stars Sam Claflin, Ian McShane, Bob Hoskins, Eddie Izzard, Ray Winstone, Toby Jones, Stephen Graham, Eddie Marsan, Lily Cole, and Sam Spruell.
