Weekend Box Office

Weekend Box Office

Liam Neeson, who seems to be making action thrillers a steady part of his career lately, headlined Unknown which took first place with $21 million. The enigmatic sci-fi entry I Am Number Four settled for a close number two with $19 million.

Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son, the third in the series which sees Martin Lawrence playing a fat woman suit and sneaking in to live with women, got the fourth place by earning $17 million at the box office this weekend.

That means that 2.1 million people went and saw it.
